Leather Bucket Tote Pattern - DIY Large Leather Tote Bag Pattern - Leather tote sack

This download contains a leather pattern for a very unique purse. I'm calling it a Bucket tote, or a Tote Sack.

A Bucket Tote is awesome because it combines the tote bag casual feel with the size of a crescent bag or sack. It's super easy to just throw a few things in and hit the road. Perfect for a quick run to the beach and big enough to hold everything for a family picnic.  In the video I'll show you how I made it and show how to use it as a handbag or extend the strap, make it a crossbody purse.

Sizes: approx. 20 inches wide x 12 inches H 

My recommendation is to use a little thicker, medium temper leather for the main sides and straps, like 8-9 oz. For the main body front and back, you shouldn't use leather too thick. I use 4-5 oz., but depending on the leather quality, you could use 3-4 oz. too.
The strap and keepers and buckle are 1.5 inch.

Print pattern using the size selection of "Full Size" or at 100%. 
There are measurement guides on the first page to make sure it was printed at the correct size.
