New Leather Bracers Bundle - DIY Arm Guard Patterns: Medieval Bracers, Fantasy, LARP, Cosplay or Renfair Bundle
New Leather Bracers Bundle - DIY Arm Guard Patterns: Medieval Bracers, Fantasy, LARP, Cosplay or Renfair Bundle
New 3-pack of patterns! Updated versions to be even easier to make and customize. 3 versions to choose from to better match your outfit or character. Multiple sizes included in the pattern so you have the perfect fit! I've always hated how most bracers and vendors have a "one size fits all" approach. Well, not anymore!
This download contains patterns for 3 different versions of leather bracers / arm guards. So, first pick the style of the main body, then choose whether you want buckles or laces, then choose your size and style.
With this many choices, there are literally hundreds of combinations.
There's the classic Ranger Bracer, the Assassin Bracer, and the Alchemist Bracer. An of them, perfect for your Ranger, Cleric, Druid, Viking, Medieval or any DnD renfair costume or comiccon cosplay.
The PDF file has a link to a video, so you can see how I put it together. It's not really a tutorial, since they are SO user-friendly for any level of leather DIY-er.
(just in case the link in the PDF doesn't work: https://youtu.be/uWLUIDP4zWM )
Of course, these DO look like most bracers or gauntlets,
but I spent the last month designing these and building prototypes, specifically for leather and leather workers, to use hand-stitching and hardware; to be stronger, easy to put together, and have great finished products.
Measurements, other than stitching, were done in inches since i'm in the U.S. and only have access to hardware sized in inches.
I recommend using a medium to heavy weight leather.
Pattern is set up for using a 1mm or 1.5mm punching hole, with 6mm spacing.
The straps are 1 inch wide, so you'll need a 1 inch buckle. The grommets for the main laces are 1/4 inch holes.
Like I mentioned, these are PDF files, ready for download now.
Paper size can be either A4 or US letter size, just download the correct file.
So, in your print settings, choose the correct paper size and also select the "actual size" setting

Pattern seems easy to follow, quick delivery of instructions. Thank you!
A good, straight-forward leather pattern. I really liked that there are different patterns for different size swords.
Pattern is set for 3 different sizes and printed off well with no problem. Very clearly marked so if you jumble the order you can still separate into proper groups. Only thing was I had to use my laptop instead of my phone but that’s not a problem (I just like to use my phone for everything). Can’t wait to make this! A+++
Great pattern, easy to follow. Cute end result.
Great pattern, easy to follow - and super pleased with the end result. Needed a corset like this for my pirate costume!
Excellent value, immediately received file up load
I used this pattern with zero leather experience and applied it to artificial materials. I came out with such a cute bag that Im now dipping my toes in leather work to make one for myself with proper leather. I can't wait to make this again. I found the instructions very easy to use and the pattern was very well designed and simple to understand.
It’s a great bag! So easy to follow instructions.
It was delivered right away!
I haven't finished making my first one yet, but the pattern has been easy to follow and what I have already completed looks amazing. Highly recommend if you are wanting to go as a plant/spring fairy for a ren faire.
I love this pattern. This is my new favorite bag! Thank you
