Overnight Duffle Bag Pattern - DIY Leather pattern for Small overnight duffle bag

This is a pattern for a Duffle Bag, like a small Overnight Duffle Bag, with a main compartment and 2 pockets, one on each end.

This is not as big as most larger duffle bags or luggage. It's a smaller more "carry-on" version, made for quick trips or spontaneous adventures. Duffel pattern has a large flap, held with 2 straps and buckles, and reinforced handle. I designed this pattern to be easy to put together, hand-stitch, and have a great finished product. 
Measurements, other than stitching, were done in inches since i'm in the U.S. and only have access to hardware sized in inches.

Size of finished product: approximately 17.5 inches wide x 8.5 inches tall x 7.5 inches deep
I recommend using medium weight leather for the body, the bottom, the handle, and straps.
Pattern is set up for using a 1mm or 1.5mm punching hole, with 6mm spacing.
The straps are 1 inch wide, so you'll need 1 inch buckles.
The D-rings I used are 3/4 inch.

Paper size can be either A4 or US letter size, just download the correct file.
So, in your print settings, choose the correct paper size and also select the "actual size" setting
